श्री दिलीप कुमार सिंह ने मध्य रेल के प्रधान मुख्य परिचालन प्रबंधक (PCOM) का कार्यभार ग्रहण कर लिया है । इस से पूर्व आप उत्तर मध्य रेल , इलाहाबाद  में मुख्य परिचालन प्रबंधक के पद पर कार्यरत थे। वे टेक्नोलॉजी, विधि में स्तानक एवं प्रबंधन में मास्टर की डिग्री है।

1986 आइ.आर.टी.एस बैच के अधिकारी श्री सिंह को विभिन्न विभागों मे कार्य करने का गहन प्रशासनिक अनुभव है। वे इससे पूर्व मुख्य महाप्रबंधक, क्रिस (CRIS) मुंबई, मुख्य वाणिज्य प्रबंधक (यात्री विपणन), पश्चिम रेल एवं मुख्य मालभाड़ा यातायात प्रबंधक,मध्य रेल आदि पदों पर सफलता पूर्वक कार्य कर चुके हैं तथा मलेशिया सिंगापुर और अमेरिका की यात्रा कर चुके हैं।

MUMBAI: Shri Dilip Kumar Singh has taken over as Principal Chief Operations Manager (PCOM), Central Railway, Mumbai. Prior to this he was working as Chief Operations Manager, North Central Railway, Allahabad. He is Bachelor of Technology holds degree in LLB and Masters in Management.

Shri Singh belongs to 1986 IRTS Batch. He has varied administrative experience as Chief General Manager, CRIS, Mumbai, Chief Commercial Manager (Passenger Marketing), Western Railway and Chief Freight Transportation Manager, Central Railway and also visited Malaysia, Singapore and United States of America on official assignment.
